Copyright infringement procedure

Copyright infringement procedure

The journal is committed to respecting and protecting intellectual property rights and takes all allegations of copyright infringement seriously.

Any suspected copyright infringement concerning published articles should be reported to the Editorial Office. The complaint should include a description of the alleged infringement, sufficient details to identify the allegedly infringed material, the nature of the infringement, and relevant supporting evidence.

Upon receiving a complaint, the Editor-in-Chief or a designated member of the editorial team will investigate the matter in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics principles. The author(s) of the publication concerned may be contacted and requested to provide an explanation or relevant documentation.

If copyright infringement is confirmed, the journal will take appropriate corrective actions, which may include issuing a correction of the published material, removing the infringing content, publishing an editorial notice, or retracting the article, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

The journal will cooperate with copyright holders, authors, institutions, and other relevant parties to resolve copyright-related disputes fairly and transparently.

All cases of suspected copyright infringement will be handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable copyright law and recognized standards of publication ethics.
