Abstrakt

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy kierunków badań nad kształceniem przyszłych nauczycieli. Uwzględniono czynniki zewnętrzne wpływające na wymagania dotyczące cech współczesnych nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego i nauczycieli technologii (rozwój sfery technologicznej, aktualizacja standardów zawodowych i edukacyjnych, zmiany roli nauczyciela). Ujawniono możliwości wykorzystania współczesnych podejść naukowych do budowy koncepcji i modelu zawodowego nauczyciela nowego typu kształcenia zawodowego i zawodowego (kompetencyjnego, akmeologicznego, integracyjnego, systemowo-synergicznego). Rozważana jest koncepcja zawodowa przyszłych nauczycieli kształcenia specjalistycznego i zawodowego. Uwaga skupiona jest na kompetencjach zawodowych, orientacji zawodowej, refleksji pedagogicznej, innowacyjnych działaniach nauczycieli. Zaproponowano koncepcyjny model nauczyciela profilowanego i zawodowego. Określane są elementy strukturalne modelu: poznawczo-kompetentny, wartościująco-motywujący, refleksyjno-komunikacyjny, innowacyjno-aktywny. Ocena komponentów przeprowadzana jest na podstawie cech osobistych nauczyciela, które są związane ze specyfiką działalności pedagogicznej, charakteryzują orientację zawodową i przydatność, zapewniają efektywną interakcję i przyczyniają się do innowacyjnych działań.
