Abstrakt

W artykule zaprezentowano kanadyjskie doświadczenia we wdrażaniu programów mentoringu i superwizji dla pracowników socjalnych jako kluczowych elementów wsparcia i rozwoju zawodowego. Przeanalizowano proces adaptacji w różnych prowincjach Kanady, obejmujący etapy takie jak przygotowanie do podjęcia pracy, obowiązkowe wsparcie superwizyjne, integracja kulturowa w środowisku zawodowym oraz specjalistyczne programy mentoringu. Programy mentoringowe w Kanadzie koncentrują się na rozwijaniu kompetencji zawodowych i odporności emocjonalnej nowych pracowników, ustanawianiu standardów etycznych oraz redukcji ryzyka wypalenia zawodowego. Analiza pokazuje, że takie programy mają pozytywny wpływ na jakość świadczonych usług, zwiększają satysfakcję z pracy i sprzyjają długoterminowemu rozwojowi zawodowemu. Na podstawie kanadyjskich doświadczeń, autorzy zaproponowali zalecenia dla ukraińskiego systemu pracy socjalnej. Obejmują one wdrażanie programów wsparcia dla młodych profesjonalistów po ukończeniu studiów, tworzenie lokalnych stowarzyszeń zawodowych w celu utrzymania standardów jakości, wprowadzenie programów mentoringu oraz opracowanie specjalnych programów wsparcia zdrowia psychicznego. Wdrożenie takich inicjatyw może znacząco zwiększyć efektywność pracowników socjalnych, zapewnić wysoką jakość usług socjalnych, wspierać sprzyjające środowisko pracy i podnieść prestiż zawodu w społeczeństwie.
