Abstrakt

Dziś świat wkroczył w okres wojen międzynarodowych i znaczących przemian globalnych. Każdy człowiek musi znaleźć swoje miejsce w nowym systemie świata, aby skutecznie dostosować się do nowej rzeczywistości. W związku z tym nauczyciele stoją przed zadaniem zapewnienia przyszłym pokoleniom wiedzy światopoglądowej w celu konstruktywnej adaptacji do wojny, do nowego porządku świata. Aby skutecznie realizować swoją działalność zawodową, sam nowoczesny nauczyciel musi być dobrze przystosowany do współczesnych realiów. Zdrowie psychiczne jest podstawą rozwoju zdolności adaptacyjnych jednostki. W artykule przedstawiono analizę wyników badań empirycznych dotyczących stanu zdrowia psychicznego współczesnych ukraińskich nauczycieli w warunkach wojennych. Autorka przedstawiła model i kryteria psychologicznego zdrowia psychicznego, osobowości, przedstawiła wyniki badań stanu zdrowia psychicznego współczesnych ukraińskich nauczycieli i ich gotowości do przekazywania uczniom materiału światopoglądowego na temat wojny. Do przeprowadzenia badań wykorzystano kwestionariusze (kwestionariusz „Postaw wobec wojny” (autor N.V. Pavlyk)), testowanie (kwestionariusz „Zdrowie psychiczne” (autor N.V. Pavlyk)). Analizę statystyczną danych empirycznych przeprowadzono wykorzystując analizę wartości średnich, procentów, a także za pomocą analizy korelacji. Jak wynika z badań, w porównaniu do młodych i doświadczonych nauczycieli, najbardziej aktywną i kreatywną częścią społeczności pedagogicznej są nauczyciele w wieku 25-35 lat. O psychologicznej gotowości nauczyciela do nauczania materiału światopoglądowego decydują elastyczność myślenia, samokontrola, dobry nastrój i energia.
